How is my data protected?

Noselabo uses password hashing, session controls, and owner checks for private records. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect your email account, use a unique password, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. See the privacy policy for processing details.

What data do you collect about me?

Depending on your use, records can include account details, shelf entries, private fragrance records, reviews, Community activity, preferences, support requests, security logs, and optional newsletter consent. Ko-fi callbacks provide payment-related information used to record support and send a thank-you. Your card details are handled by the payment services.

How do I export my data (GDPR)?

Use the authenticated export in Your data rights or Settings. The download identifies the included categories. Contact support to request information or records outside that download, including any applicable retained records. Store exports securely because they can include private notes.

What are cookies and how do you use them?

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Browser storage can remember preferences and local records. Optional analytics requires consent. Newsletter consent is separate from cookie choices. Read the cookie policy, and change your choices using the available privacy controls.

Does a Ko-fi tip subscribe me to marketing?

No. A tip can produce a payment-related thank-you, but it does not create a newsletter subscription. Join the newsletter separately if you want journal emails. Your visibility choice on Ko-fi is not permission to publish your email address.
